Research interests: Insect taxonomy, biodiversity, ecology, systematics, and museum collections/curation.
My M.Sc. focused on the darkling beetle tribe Opatrini (Tenebrionidae: Blaptinae)–specifically, a preliminary phylogeny outlining some of the generic relationships of the subtribe Blapstinina and a revision of the genus Ulus Horn, 1870.
I am continuing my investigations into the phylogenetic relationships of other tenebrionids as a PhD student in the Kaminski lab in Poland!
